Privacy Policy

Information we do not collect

• No account is created and no sign-in is required to browse this website.
• No payment is taken on this website and no card, bank or payment details are ever collected, requested or stored.
• The enquiry and appointment forms on this site do not submit anywhere. They validate your input on your own device and use it only to build a WhatsApp message.
• Enquiries and appointment requests are not saved in any database.

What happens when you use WhatsApp

Ordering and enquiries on this website work by preparing a message for you and opening WhatsApp. The message is composed on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

Once you send it, the message contents (for example your name, the product you are asking about, or a preferred appointment date) are delivered through WhatsApp and seen by our team. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and your use of it is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Please only include information in a WhatsApp message that you are comfortable sharing. We do not ask for payment details in a message.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking or marketing scripts are installed. If analytics or an email subscription service is added in future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why before it goes live.

Children

This website is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

Because this website stores nothing about you, there is no stored profile to access, correct or delete. If you have sent us a WhatsApp message and would like it disregarded, tell us in the same chat and our team will handle your request.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles information changes — for example by adding a content management system, analytics or newsletter signup — this policy will be updated to match before those changes go live. A “last updated” date should be added here when the site is launched on its production domain.
